Aldridge Chippy

As a Family Run business we have dedicated nearly 25 years to the Aldridge Chippy and have watched the Aldridge Community grow. We have watched little children grow into teens and now adults with their own families. We would love to celebrate this special event which will go down in history with all of our local community and celebrate with our extended family here in Aldridge. We are Inviting all the local children to help us Style the Aldridge Chippy ready for the Kings Coronation.

We welcome all children to bring an A4 drawing of anything coronation related to the Chippy before the 7th May.
ALL DRAWINGS WILL BE USED TO DECORATE THE SHOP READY FOR THE CORONATION.
Each child will receive a little thank you treat and 2 drawings will be picked by our customers to WIN a little extra something. Winners will be announced on our page on the 9th May and the winning pictures will remain up for the winners to come claim their prize. Remember to write your first name and age on the picture. Good luck and we can’t wait to fill the shop with all your beautiful drawings. Many thanks George, Georgia, Family and the team here at the Aldridge Chippy.

Hello everyone.
Due to the new national lock down, we have to close the shop a little earlier than usual.

Our new opening times are;

11-9 everyday
Apart from Friday
11-9:30

Dear customers, as you may know we were planning on closing our doors today. But in the last 24 hrs we have received over 200 calls and the majority of custom has been of key workers, who have all expressed their gratitude in finding us open. Therefor we have decided that we will try our hardest to remain open for as long as we feel safe to do so, in order to serve our community and those who are working so hard and around the clock to try keep us well. Please understand that in order for this to work, we all have to follow these strict rules; Only 2 customers to enter the shop at a time. While in the shop keeping a distance at all time of a minimum 2 meters. Please understand the seriousness of social distancing and therefor we ask that you all respect and follow these rules. Please be patient with us as we will try to safely serve as many as we can. Kindly understand that our utmost concern is the welfare of our staff and the public, therefor at any time we feel that there is a safety issue we will close immediately. A huge thank you to our staff who have volunteered to help make this happen and a huge thank you to the key workers who are doing the absolute best they can. Stay safe, take care.
