I've been trying to stay committed to self care and have a massage regularly since meeting Alysha and discovering .auras.pelsall when we moved into the village and became part of the community. Yesterday I had a back, neck and shoulder aromatherapy massage with a scalp massage. To say it was relaxing is an understatement and I finally felt like my mind stop racing with my constant to do list and I was able to just....be.

She's based above sadly I don't use a barbers but if i did they'd be the place I choose!

What we do. Coffee. Crumpets. Cakes...

Come try us, or give us another go if you've not tried us for a while. We've learned a lot in the last 12 months.

Yes, perkd is nearly 1 and every one of you have shaped us in one way or another.

We continue to learn and we've got exciting things to come.

The number 1 priority for us is finding the right people to join us so we can grow, that's been one of the most challenging things.

Got a feeling that's about to change!

ZIKRA BOUHAFS and her husband were in today for a PUMPKIN SPICED latte and Hazlenut iced mocha. Although on a self imposed book buying ban, couldn't resist Bethany Gleghorn | Author book Cry Baby.

Going like hot cakes (or should I say carrot cake Zikra?! 😂)
