We are sad to announce, we have not had one customer today or yesterday. I dont know what else to do. We can't stick to menu's we want to offer because of the cost of wastage, so it's very hit and miss. This also applies to the days we open, sustaining food and wastage along with staffing cost is just unreal. In one last attempt to start getting a regular custom, I am going to be creating areas for children to play in. Although we we're all about dogs and their owners initially, it has sadly failed us. I also think knowing about us isn't helping. We have a sign going up tomorrow and will share more on social media. I am going to limit the menu too. Nice and basic stuff. As for the play areas I will create, one will replace the puppy/small dog play area in the garden centre to a toddler area age ranging from 18 months to 6 years. The second area if the toddler area is successful ish will be up at Centre Paws Ltd at the back end of the garden centre. And will be created as an Adventure play ground for ages 4 and above. We have a parcel of unused land up there and it'll be next to our ponies and Babe our pig. The pics below are to give you an idea of what I'm hoping to create. This won't be cheap to create but I'm hoping it would really attract families, groups, activitie organisers, such toddler mornings/groups, craft, book reading groups, knitting, anything really as our outside space is lovley in the garden centre and up at centre paws is surrounded by nature. We mustn't forget dogs of course, as we do have our socials and private hire dog park at Centre Paws. If this fails I will then pull The Green Paw Cafe. Let me know what you think and suggestions too would be great, after all it's you, the public we want to visit here, so your input would go along away in helping us. Pics of something we hope to achieve 🙂
