Something blue… with a little edge and a lot of romance. 🩵

Soft blue, lace, draping, flowers and a little old-world romance. But this cake was never going to be just pretty.

Designed for the recent photoshoot at Soughton Hall, I wanted that delicious tension between delicate and dramatic. Something romantic, but with a slightly unexpected edge.

Your wedding cake should feel like you.
Not like a trend.
Not like everyone else's cake.
And definitely not boring. 😉

Meet The Signature Collection ✨

Because “one tier, two tier, three tier…” doesn’t quite do these cakes justice.

Your wedding cake should feel like a moment in its own right. Whether that’s one beautifully bold tier or a full-blown five-tier spectacle.

So I’ve given each of my tiered cake formats a little more personality…

The Statement - single tier, maximum impact.
The Double Take - two tiers, twice the drama.
The Showstopper - three tiers, the signature silhouette.
The Drama - four tiers, because more is more.
The Spectacle - five+ tiers, go big or go home.

The Signature Collection is all about choosing your level of drama. 😉

And of course, the number of tiers is just the starting point. From hand-painted details and wafer paper florals to texture, draping, gold and everything in between, your cake is designed entirely around you, your wedding and your style.

And yes, there’s another collection coming for the cakes that like to break the rules. 👀

Introducing... The Runway Cake ✨️

You know those long, statement-making cakes I’ve been creating? Well, they needed a name.

So from now on, we’re calling them Runway Cakes.

Long, low and made to make an entrance. These are for couples who want their cake to feel a little different. A little fashion-forward. A little look at me. And the best bit is there’s no one way to style your runway.

Go wild with a hand-painted floral meadow. Keep it chic with elegant textures and delicate details or make it completely bespoke to your wedding, your colours and your story

Think of it as your very own blank canvas… with a LOT of cake to play with.

So, if you were styling your runway, which direction would you take?
Romantic? Modern? Colourful? Dramatic? Or completely unhinged?

A little departure from the wedding cakes!

This one was for a very important client — my daughter, who turs 15 today!

The brief: Five Nights at Freddy’s.

The solution: four of the main characters, hand-painted around the cake, plus Cupcake sitting on top.

Because apparently when your mum makes cakes for a living, “Can you make me a cake?” comes with very specific requirements. 😂
