To celebrate the incredible British cheesemakers we have discovered on our travels, we have built a truck filled with great cheeses, beautiful bread and artisan coffee and we've parked it on the beach in New Brighton

What began through my wife and I's love of all things cheese together with our passion for our home town's beaches. has led us to be able to share with you our love of cheese with a

Buzzing for another market at Woodside this weekend. So many amazing makers, bakers and shakers down for a weekend of market madness. For our part I'll be going big on local Cheshire and Welsh cheeses, our breads as always from the amazing .polish.artisan.bakery Jams from and Chutneys from and not forgetting hot from our pots our 3 cheese Mac'n'Cheese.

At the end of the day, we can sometimes have surplus bread and we hate seeing so much perfectly good food go to waste... SO we have signed up to OLIO - Share More, Waste Less 🌱👀
