As we approach our 1st birthday here at Sorella...(how has a whole year passed already?!). It only felt right to introduce you to the people who make Sorella what it is.

We never use the word staff here. The girls (and guys!) who work alongside us are so much more than that – they're our friends, our family, and we're incredibly lucky to spend every day with these absolute legends.

They work their socks off through the madness, always with a smile, and somehow we still manage to have the best laughs along the way. We honestly couldn't do any of this without them.

Kelly and Sam are sisters and run and own the cafe together, if you didn't know Sorella means sisters in Italian and it was always in their minds to name the cafe this. They are two peas in a pod and you don't often see one without the other....unless they are having a rare day off!

Tanya has been with us from the very start, giving up her time to help us with the renovations before we opened and always there when we need her...she's never allowed to leave....she knows where all the skeletons are buried hahaha!

And last but not least....Tracey....the work mum and actual grown up amongst us. She joined us in April and it's honestly like she's never been anywhere else, her customer service is beyond brilliant and she the glue that sticks us all together!

These are the full time members of the Sorella team, we hope you can get to know the amazing people behind your coffees, brunches, lunches and all the little moments that make Sorella, Sorella.

To every one of you who's supported us over the past year – thank you. You've helped us build something really special, and we can't wait to celebrate our first birthday with you all. 🤍

This week we're delighted to have the lovely Kaci with us at Sorella on work experience from Wadebridge School Wadebridge School 🤍

Kaci has settled in brilliantly and has already been putting his baking skills to the test... and wow, what a start! 🍰

He's created an absolutely gorgeous Chocolate Oreo Cake, and it genuinely blew us away! 😍

As a little incentive, we've told Kaci he can keep all the profits from the sale of his baking. So if you're popping by, why not treat yourself to a slice and support one of our fantastic local young people while you're at it? Every purchase goes straight to Kaci. 💛
