A fantastic review from one off my PT clients 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

Just finished my first 10 PT sessions with Mike.
Mike is amazing at what he does, he listened to want I wanted to achieve, advised regarding my diet and lifestyle and is super duper easy to chat to too!
Each PT session is different with loads of encouragement from Mike, the sessions are fun definitely not like a hard slog in the gym (and the ‘training tunes’ are fab too!)
Feeling much stronger, have so much more energy, sleeping better, lost 10lbs and GOT MY MOJO BACK😃👏🏽!!
If you’re thinking of going on a training journey then Mikes definitely your guy, bring on the next 10 sessions🤩D x
