Wendy’s Cafe is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Cafe Staff to join our busy team! 💗

📅 Days available:

• Monday

• Wednesday

• Thursday

• Friday

• Every other Saturday & Sunday

We are open to one person covering all of the above days, or two people splitting the days between them, depending on availability.

👩‍🍳 The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous cafe/food service experience (essential)

• Experience working in a busy cafe environment

• A friendly and positive attitude

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate – desirable

• Good customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and hardworking

We’re looking for someone who is confident working in a busy cafe environment and is passionate about providing great food and excellent customer service. ☕🥪

💗 WE’RE NOT CLOSING JUST YET! 💗

Following our recent meeting and after receiving so much support and encouragement from the Museum Committee, we’re very happy to announce that Wendy’s Cafe will NOT be closing as originally planned. 🥰☕️

Instead, we’ve decided to take things month by month and see how things go.

We honestly can’t thank everyone enough for all the lovely messages, support and kind words we’ve received since announcing our planned closure. It has meant more to us than you’ll ever know. ❤️

We’re incredibly grateful to the Museum Committee for their support and for working with us to give Wendy’s Cafe another chance.

☕️ A SMALL PRICE INCREASE IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS

In order to help us keep the café running and make it sustainable going forward, there will be a slight increase to some of our prices.

We’ve kept the increases as small as possible and hope everyone will understand that this is necessary to help us continue serving you and keeping the doors open. ❤️

So, for now… the doors are staying open! 🎉

We’ll continue to see how things progress over the coming months and will keep you all updated along the way.

Thank you again to every single person who has supported Wendy & the girls. Your support really does mean the world to us. 🥰

💗 An Important Announcement from Wendy’s Cafe 💗

It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Wendy’s Cafe will be closing it's doors.

Our last day will be Sunday 27th September.

This has not been an easy decision, and we want to take this opportunity to say a huge THANK YOU to every single customer who has supported us, visited us, shared our posts, recommended us and made Wendy’s Cafe what it has been 🥹❤️

We have made so many wonderful memories over the years, and we will always be incredibly grateful for the support and kindness you have shown us.

We would love to see as many of you as possible before we close, so please come and enjoy one last coffee, breakfast, lunch or treat with us. ☕️🍰
