Knit and Natter this morning working hard in preparation for the Shoebox appeal. Stay and Play till 2. Come and enjoy some good company and our lunches today of Jacket Potatoes or Sausage Casserole followed by Strawberry trifle and cake. See you soon

Chair based exercises behind at 10:30 today if you need to get yourself moving.always lots of laughter involved as led by Happy Times Activity & Yoga Centre . At lunch time there is a choice 4 home made soups or a beef stew followed by apple crumble and custard. Serving food from 12 noon but open for drinks from 10-2.
