These beauties are the best about, graded shetland mussels, down the road from Lake district Lobster & seafood company ulverston and onto the board 🙌

A kg of Classic moules frittes this time, no faffing,

Garlic, shallot, celery, cream, soft herbs and Samphire.
Herby Skin on fries, Granary wedges. Bosh job done ✔️

Mussels speak for themselves and these are unreal quality, non of this straight from a freezer bag, tiny smashed shell, over farmed nonsense

Congratulations to Jade and Dan glad you both had an amazing day and hope your honeymoon cruise is unforgettable!!

They had a lovely Garden ceremony followed by an intimate 3 course wedding breakfast with their loved ones, then opted for and all vegan / vegetarian burrito bar for the evening guests to enjoy!
