A wee appreciation post for the Prosciutto & Mushroom 🍕🤤

Garlic cream sauce, fior di latte, prosciutto, pecorino and mushrooms.

No tomato sauce on this one, just a very good combination of cheese, garlic and prosciutto - what's not to love?!

A little appreciation for the Calabria 🍕

Like all of our tomato-based pizzas, it starts with San Marzano tomato sauce and fior di latte. Then we add spianata piccante (spicy Italian salami), fresh basil and a good handful of smoky, spicy nduja 😙🤌

If you like a bit of heat on your pizza, this is the one for you.
