☕ A local opportunity – could Cult Café be yours?
We wanted to reach out directly to the local community as we feel the right person to take Cult Café forward could already be here in Ullapool or the surrounding area.
As many people know, our lives are now based overseas, and although Cult continues to operate successfully with our fantastic team, we’ve reached the point where we’d really like to pass the business on to someone who can take it into its next chapter, with our daughter starting school next year and us wanting to expand our family this is the primary reason we want to let it go.
Cult is a thriving business with increased turnover year on year.
We appreciate that there may be someone locally with the experience, professionalism and ambition to own and develop Cult, but for whom obtaining traditional business finance is the thing standing in the way.
We’d like to help make that possible.
For the right person, we’re open to discussing a deposit with the balance financed by ourselves over an agreed period, rather than requiring the full purchase price upfront.
We’re also very happy to provide a comprehensive handover and ongoing support. We want the next owner to succeed and would work with them to make the transition as straightforward as possible.
This could suit someone already working in hospitality, an experienced manager ready to take the next step, a local entrepreneur, or perhaps someone who has always wanted their own business but assumed purchasing an established one was financially out of reach.
Everything would, of course, be structured properly and professionally through contracts and solicitors, and any potential buyer would go through the normal process.
If you’ve ever thought you’d like to own Cult but assumed it wasn’t possible, we’d genuinely encourage you to have a conversation with us.
There’s absolutely no obligation and any initial conversation can be completely confidential.
Please feel free to message us privately, contact ASG Commercial, or simply share this post with someone you think might be interested.
We’d love to see Cult’s next chapter continue with someone from the local community. ❤️
