What's your perfect combo? I love a chilled glass of Te Aka Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough obvs!) with crunchy papadums and mixed pickle, followed by a prawn puree. Perfectly spiced prawns with a fluffy puree (flat bread) to scoop up the sauce. Then a creamy chicken nazakat with a peshwari nan. YUM!
