The peacock inn will now be back to serving food Monday and Tuesday evenings!

We are back to serving food from 12-8 Monday to Thursday, 12-8:30 Friday and Saturday and 12-5 on Sundays

We have taken on a new amazing chef and we thank you all for your patience whilst we got through this transition but we are back to serving all day everyday so we hope to see some of you soon and we can assure you it will still be same great elevated pub food.

We will still serve food Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings along with every lunch time so there is plenty of time to visit.

It is a showcase of our amazing chefs talents with intricately designed dishes highlighting local ingredients and modern British cuisine.

We are happy to prepare bottles of champagne and sparkling wines for your arrival including the very local Plumpton estate brut classic.

We launched our new menu Friday and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive with people highlighting the flavours and presentation. We love getting feedback and working with your input to build the best experience to go with our welcoming atmosphere.

Our chefs are proud of the balanced menu with modern British dishes, as well and classic dishes such as beef bourguignon with a Peacock spin to it.

Our chefs are finalising our valentine’s menu this week but it is never too early to book.

Valentine’s Day is a special day for our chefs where they showcase the very best of local ingredients as well as modern British cuisine.

Every guest will receive a rose on arrival and we have a wonderful selection of cocktails, sparkling wines and champagne. You can also request champagne or sparkling wine to be ready in an ice bucket at the table via our online booking system.
