🏆 WE WON! 🏆

What a night at the Uckfield Business Awards! 🥂

We are absolutely delighted to have been named Best Place to Eat and Meet 2026! 🎉

And as if that wasn’t enough, we were also Highly Commended for Business of the Year 2026 – something we’re incredibly proud of.

A huge thank you to our brilliant team who work so hard to make The Highlands what it is, and of course to all of our customers who continue to support us. ❤️

Also a massive thank you to the category sponsors MCL Telecom and C J Thorne & Co Ltd 👏🏽

We love being part of the Uckfield community, so bringing these awards home really does mean a lot.

We might just have to raise a glass or two this weekend… 🥂🍻

Beef, pork, lamb or nut roast? 😋 Join us for a Sunday roast today.

19/09/2026

🥂 Weekend vibes, with a taste of the South Downs.

We love celebrating local Sussex produce, and this weekend we’re pouring Artelium Curators Cuvée — a vintage sparkling w**e from the South Downs.

Harvested in autumn 2019 and crafted using the traditional method, this elegant cuvée brings bright citrus and delicate baked pastry notes, with a rich, creamy finish.

A little taste of Sussex Downs, right here in Uckfield. ✨
