Some dishes come and go, but our lamb rump has been a Proper Gander favourite since 2019 and remains one of our best sellers.

Over the years, we’ve continued to refine the dish while keeping everything people love about it.

Lamb rump, dauphinoise potato, peas, whipped feta, chard and charred spring onion, finished with a rich lamb jus.
