We are back & we have a scrummy special this week slow cooked, sweet & sticky pork Char Siu, crispy radish slaw in a freshly baked barra gallega baguette…

But we have delicious warming special to brighten you day 👏 slow cooked pulled pork in Welsh c***r gravy, crispy homemade apple & yogurt slaw in a crusty barra gallega…

Finish off with a slice of our triple layer mixed berry cake - 3 layers of light & fluffy vanilla sponge filled with homemade mixed berry compote & fresh vanilla chantilly cream, topped with more chantilly & fresh berries… delicious…

So it’s been a little while since we have posted… but Autumn is arriving which personally is my fav time of year 🍁🍂

Over the next couple of weeks we will be gradually wrapping up the salad bar until
the Spring & bringing back the weekly specials…

This fri-yay though great news we will have both…salad bar & specials 👏👏 and all our other deliciousness of course!

We are kicking off with slow roasted beef in Guinness, Welsh Brie, caramelised onions & rocket in a toasted ciabatta with a side of Guinness dipping gravy…just too good!

We will also have a triple layer mocha cake, three layers of rich & light chocolate sponge filled & topped with chocolate buttercream & coffee lace fresh cream & chocolate shavings…

I am absolutely blown away by Freya Edwards creative skills in the Toast kitchen this week… an incredible triple layer Biscoff drip cake…

Three layers of the fluffiest caramel sponge, filled & topped with Biscoff buttercream, drizzled with more Biscoff caramel & sprinkled with crushed Biscoff…

If Biscoff is your guilty pleasure this one will be right up your street…😋😋

Three layers of lemon sponge filled & topped with homemade lemon curd, homemade blueberry compote, fresh blueberries & vanilla chantilly cream..

Of course we had to test it 😋😋
