CHRISTMAS DAY AT TIDE. BOOK EARLY //
There are very few days in the year when everyone manages to sit around the same table. The washing up can wait until Boxing Day.

Spend Christmas Day overlooking King Edward's Bay while we take care of everything else. From the first course through to coffee and mince pies, our Christmas menu has been designed so you can simply enjoy the company you're with.

Start with dishes like our Duo of Salmon with beetroot gravlax, Eyemouth hot smoked salmon and horseradish mousse, or a Wild Mushroom & Truffle Scotch Egg with black garlic ketchup. Then choose between traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings, herb rolled sirloin of beef served alongside beef short rib hotpot, beautifully cooked halibut with prosecco cream, or our Goats Cheese, Spinach & Spiced Carrot Wellington.

Save room for the Milk Chocolate & Hazelnut Pavé, Apple Delice or a classic Christmas Pudding before finishing with coffee and mince pies.

Christmas only comes around once a year. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Fridays by the coast almost demand fish and chips. The sea is literally right outside the window when you're at Tide. So, it seems fit.

Every week we serve large beer battered haddock or our large scampi if seafood is more your thing. Both come with tea or filter coffee to round things off.

It's always lovely seeing Tide through our guests' eyes. This table came with quite the view... and alongside it, our Thai Red Salmon Curry and Roasted Monkfish with chorizo & pea risotto, two dishes that have become firm favourites on the dinner menu.
