Fine Dining with Summer Wines☀️🍷
Such a great evening hosted by our General Manager, Thomas and wine experts Patrick and Laura Sovereign Wines. Guests enjoyed a seasonal tasting menu celebrating the very best of Dartmoor and the South West, with each course thoughtfully paired with a summer wine.

There was plenty of fun along the way too, as everyone tried to guess the connection between three wines…only for Patrick and Laura to throw in a cheeky glass of The Newt in Somerset Cyder as a red herring!

Sourced from Matford Farm, these cattle have grazed the very land surrounding Two Bridges Hotel, this exceptional beef is proudly served across both of our hotels.Finished with confit & cured egg yolk, pickled horseradish, perfectly paired with Domaine Daulny Sancerre Rosé from the Loire Valley its crisp minerality and delicate red berry notes beautifully complement the richness of the beef.

Watch the skilled wallers from across the UK battle against the clock as they build traditional Devon Banks in this unique countryside challenge.
Enjoy guided history walks with Simon Dell, sheepdog demonstrations, great food, and a refreshing Dartmoor Brewery Ale to quench your thirst. There's even a chance to try walling for yourself! A fantastic day celebrating Dartmoor’s heritage, with proceeds supporting Devon Air Ambulance and Sampford Spiney Church.
