Brown Butter, Gold Chocolate & Walnut Blondie

Possibly my new favourite… 👀

A homemade, fudgy brown butter blondie, packed with caramelised gold chocolate and crunchy walnuts. Rich, buttery, slightly salty and very moreish.

And obviously I had to quality-control one with a flat white this morning. Tough job. ☕️🤎

Vanilla soft serve is back on the menu from today. Grab it in a cone or tub and choose from our selection of sauces, sprinkles and toppings 🍫

I’m hiring! ☕️🌿

From September, I’m looking for a friendly, reliable person to join me at The Kiosk on a permanent part-time basis.

As the kiosk has grown, I’d love to find someone who can become a regular part of the team and help me find a little more balance between running the business and family life 🤍

Saturday availability is essential, and you’ll need to be 18+ and confident working independently. Barista experience would be a big bonus!

There will also be opportunities for extra hours during busy periods and school holidays.

If you’re interested, please send me a DM with a little bit about yourself, your experience and your availability.

I’m back! ☀️

I’ve had a lovely week away in Cornwall making some family memories (and Mabel definitely approved of the beaches! 🐶🌊).

A huge thank you to Olivia and Laura for doing such a fantastic job looking after The Kiosk while I was away. It was so reassuring knowing everything was in safe hands.

I’m back now and looking forward to seeing all of my lovely customers again. If you’re out in the park over the next few days, pop by for a coffee, toastie, smoothie or ice cream.

Made using smooth, full-flavoured espresso from TunbridgeWells Coffee Roastery, creamy oat milk from Oatly, and a delicious hazelnut syrup from MONIN UK

Prefer something different? We also have vanilla, caramel, maple spice and gingerbread syrups available, so you can make your coffee just the way you like it (hot or iced!)

A crispy teddy bear wafer cone, filled with creamy vanilla soft serve and finished with a colourful sprinkle topping – the perfect summer treat for little ones (and the young at heart! 🌈).

Available all summer long at The Kiosk, and we’re open 7 days a week throughout the school holidays so you can pop by whenever you’re enjoying the park.

✨ The seating area makeover is complete! ✨

A huge thank you to the council for transforming the seating area. The new surface, colourful bunting and parasols have made it a much more welcoming place to sit, relax and enjoy a coffee, smoothie, milkshake or ice cream. ☕🍦🥤

Don’t forget that the disused bowling green is also free for everyone to use as a recreational space, so there’s plenty of room for families, friends and little ones to spread out, play games or simply enjoy the sunshine.

What an incredible first week of the summer holidays!

A huge thank you to everyone who’s popped by for coffee, smoothies, milkshakes, toasties and ice creams. Your support has been amazing.

Thanks to such a brilliant start, The Kiosk will now be open 7 days a week until September!

Monday–Friday: 9.30am–4.30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8.30am–4.30pm

With the new FORGE | By Freya - Tunbridge Wells outdoor fitness sessions launching on Saturday mornings, we’ve brought our weekend opening forward to 8.30am so there’s somewhere nearby to refuel afterwards. ☕💪

Every visit really does make a difference to this little independent business, and we’re so grateful for your continued support. We can’t wait to see you over the rest of the summer! 💚
