Our Story

Spires Coffee Bar is located in Truro City centre at Haven House. This provision is run by our apprentices and you can enjoy barista-style coffee from Cornish Coffee alongside a delicious range of cakes, biscuits and snacks produced by our students in the kitchens at Truro College. There is also a delicious breakfast and lunch menu to choose from. The Spires Coffee Bar is open from 8.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday, all year round.
