Temporary Waitress / Kitchen Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Temporary Waitress / Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy hospitality environment and is confident supporting both front-of-house service and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide friendly and efficient table service to customers
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area
• Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean, tidy, and organised
• Follow food hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times
• Support the wider team during busy service periods
What We’re Looking For
• Previous hospitality or catering experience is helpful but not essential
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and reliability
• Awareness of food hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required
Contract Details
This is a temporary position, with shifts available based on business needs. The role will include daytime and weekend work.
