Monkfish Frito – lightly fried monkfish tails with pumpkin & chipotle romesco, lemon oil and crisp frisée lettuce.

Whipped Cod’s Roe – silky whipped cod’s roe with marinated piquillo peppers and black onion seed lavash.

Adobo Lamb – tender adobo-spiced lamb with sweet potato purée, sumac red onions, smoked rosemary & garlic mayo.

Ensalada Mixta – a vibrant mix of beef tomato, courgette, sumac red onions, new potatoes and lemon oil.
