Bread & Butter is a lovely relaxed cafe in Truro which is friendly and welcoming. Upstairs inside seating and a gorgeous courtyard garden with covered booths. We serve up great coffee, American fluffy pancakes and indulgent homemade brownies and cakes lunches and cream teas in the afternoon.
