For me, the perfect dinner party starts with some beautiful , followed by with and , then a fantastic cheese board, and to finish; this stunning ! Yes, I’d have four courses, with cheese BEFORE the dessert, always!

Canapés! What a way to start any special occasion … some very fine ones here!
Smoked cheddar filled goujere, salmon blinis with caviar, asparagus tartlets, spinach and goats cheese operas & whipped parfait with black truffle. They were all stunningly good 😋.

Tonight’s cured and torched salmon with a salad of beetroot. 😋
