Canapés! What a way to start any special occasion … some very fine ones here!
Smoked cheddar filled goujere, salmon blinis with caviar, asparagus tartlets, spinach and goats cheese operas & whipped parfait with black truffle. They were all stunningly good 😋.

All of us in the kitchen are delighted to announce that, on our very first inspection …. not only did we achieve 2 AA Rosettes, we also got a 4 star rating for the rooms! A fantastic outcome, which proves that hard work by the whole team, most definitely does pay off!

Whilst these will be available to buy at the Trowbridge Weavers Market this Saturday, I will have limited stock - so feel free to drop Vicky a message if you would like to reserve one for collection (either on Saturday from the market, or the 23rd AM; from Calne)
