An Important Update from Cinnamon Spice Club

To our wonderful community and loyal customers,

We would like to share an update regarding the "dine and dash" incident that occurred at our restaurant last week. Unfortunately, it has become clear that the two individuals involved had pre-planned their actions.

THANK YOU to the incredible support and feedback from all of you,

we have not been able to identify these individuals but we have discovered that they were responsible for stealing from another local business, The Green Nursery in Wheatley Hill. After speaking to the owner Mick Green he has allowed us to use his photos and footage as well,

While it is disappointing to see local businesses targeted in this way, the strength of our community has been truly amazing. To help protect our fellow business owners, we will be releasing photos of these individuals today so that other establishments in the area are aware and can refuse them service.

We cannot thank you enough for your messages, tips, and continued support during this time. It is because of customers like you that Cinnamon Spice Club continues to thrive.

Important Notice from Cinnamon Spice Club

Today, we unfortunately experienced a very upsetting incident at Cinnamon Spice Club.

Two customers dined in our restaurant and enjoyed their meals. They then ordered the same meals again to take home, bringing the total bill to £270. When it came time to pay, their debit card payment did not go through. They then attempted to make a bank transfer, which also did not come through.

As I was not present at the time, our staff did their very best to handle the situation professionally and calmly. However, this incident has understandably caused a great deal of stress, anxiety, frustration and emotional disappointment to our team. Who really love what they do at the Cinnamon Club.

We are a proud local restaurant, and we are incredibly grateful for the amazing customers who have supported us over the years and continue to do so. Your loyalty and kindness mean everything to us.

We do have clear CCTV footage and the vehicle registration details. We sincerely hope this was an honest mistake. We kindly ask the individuals involved to return to the restaurant as soon as possible to settle the outstanding bill.

If we do not hear from you, we will unfortunately have no choice but to take further action and release the video and images on Facebook and then
pass the details to the relevant authorities.

We hope this can be resolved quickly and amicably.
