However, we have arranged for it to be sorted and made, and it will be ready from 12 PM Friday. We apologize once again for the inconvenience if anyine has travelled to for the cones

Our FIVER Deals section clearly states that Coca-Cola brands are NOT included in the £5 deals. We’ve worked hard to make our prices as competitive as possible. You were more than welcome to pay a little extra if you wanted Coke.

But screaming and abusing our staff because you think Coke should be included is just nonsensical. You are not the manager of this store. You may be a customer, but that doesn’t give you the right to demand we change our offers to suit you.

You are free to shop elsewhere — no one is forcing you to take the offer.

We will always be respectful to our customers, and our team always is.
But we will NOT TOLERATE ABUSE. EVER.
