☀️ A polite reminder to all our lovely customers ☀️

With the extremely hot weather approaching, we'd kindly ask for a little extra patience and kindness with our team.

Our Kitchen team will be working in very challenging temperatures, usually 10-15 degrees more than outside. To ensure their health, safety and wellbeing, they will need to take regular breaks throughout the day. As a result, food service may take a little longer than usual at busy times.

You may also notice that front of house service may be a little slower than normal. With so many guests enjoying food and drinks outside in the sunshine, our team are covering much greater distances between the bar, kitchen and outdoor seating areas. In the heat, this can be particularly tiring, and we will be doing our best to keep everyone safe, hydrated and smiling while providing the service you expect.

I truly appreciate your understanding, kindness and support while I look after my hardworking team. A little patience goes a long way, and the staff will be working incredibly hard to make sure everyone has a great experience.

This Sunday half of our restaurant will be taken up celebrating the life of Mr Peter Carter ( Pete the pipe, Pete the clock, Pete the mortician ) however you knew him, this Gentleman was one of the best and will always be remembered by all of us at
The Man In Space. Pete had his pure cremation today as was his wish. This Sunday at 1pm is the time for people to remember him and celebrate a wonderful man. Everyone is welcome to come and share a story about this lovely man.
