Last month we took a trip to Carpigiani Gelato University to learn more about making the perfect gelato😍

Joe and the team at Carpigiani were amazing and we came back absolutely full of enthusiasm and ideas for our very own sheep milk recipes👀 (And also very full of the most delicious gelato we’ve ever tasted)

🐑MEET THE NEW GANG🐑

We recently picked up these lovely ladies (Plus a handsome ram named Simon) 🥰

These lambs will be the start of our very own milking flock so we are very excited about their future👀

They are just settling in (and getting used to a bit of Welsh weather🌧 from the comfort of their shed) before we turn them out for the summer☀️

You can expect to be seeing a lot more of this lovely bunch!
