The job entails:

• Serving customers at the front of the shop and preparing orders from our JustEat and FoodHub app.
• Deliver exceptional customer service skills face to face and over the phone, dealing with an issues that arise or just taking customers orders
• Following food hygiene regulations in handling and preparing food
• Maintaining a clean shop throughout and at the end of the shift
• Handle money when taking orders
• Prepare and cook fish shop items (fish, chips, sausages in batter etc)
• Cashing up at the end of the shift.
