It was our ten year wedding anniversary this week, and Anna (my life and FOH partner-in-crime) managed to track down this book for me.
I’m a huge fan of and his cooking is a massive source of inspiration for my supper club menus. I confess to having plagiarised his salt cod brandade and rabbit blanquette in one form or another!
Perhaps at some point I’ll make a pilgrimage to Trinity and see if chef will sign it for me!
