Are you an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a busy, fast-paced café environment and takes real pride in delivering exceptional customer service?
Ten Hands Café Bar is looking for a confident, organised and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team on a full-time basis.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience working in a fast-paced café or hospitality environment
Can work confidently and calmly under pressure
Has a great eye for detail and high standards
Genuinely loves customer service and creating a great experience for our customers
Is a positive, reliable team player
Has strong communication skills and works well with management and colleagues
Is confident leading by example and supporting the team
Has excellent timekeeping and reliability
Is highly organised and able to prioritise in a busy environment
Has experience using EPOS/till and booking systems
Takes genuine pride in their work and cares about the little details
Brings energy, professionalism and a can-do attitude to every shift
What matters to us
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t simply turn up and do a shift - we want someone who cares about the café, the customers and the team.
Someone who takes ownership, notices the details, communicates well, supports their colleagues and helps us maintain the high standards our customers expect.
