Don’t forget to order any goodies you need before 23rd November. Next and last delivery from Denmark will be 30th November and unfortunately we will not be ordering extras in a bid to avoid waste.

UPDATE 6TH NOVEMBER

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

Our next planned delivery from Denmark will be 30TH NOVEMBER, please place your order by 23RD NOVEMBER (for cheese and red cabbage please order by 16TH NOVEMBER) which brings us to.......

CHRISTMAS

As We are still in very uncertain times our important message to you, is to order as soon possible. Please note the above delivery will be our last before Christmas, it has been very hard to predict demand this year due to COVID-19 so stock is limited, bear in mind that the situation changes daily, not only here but in Denmark too, the sooner we know what you need the better, this will avoid disappointment.

Please keep an eye on our website for any further updates to 'order by dates' particularly as some items have a 2 week lead time from Denmark.

Unfortunately, this year we will only be processing orders made online and we will be unable to add items to orders once made. If you have missed something off your original order please make a second order. We will also be unable to accommodate any special delivery date requests. Orders will be despatched in numerical order.

Please keep an eye out for emails from ourselves and our courier APC which will let you know when your order will be delivered and to ensure someone is home to receive it. If you do need to contact us please do so via email at [email protected] these will be checked each evening. We will be unable to answer any calls on the lead up to Christmas.

We have some great news to share, and just in time for summer! Many of you have been waiting a long time for this day, well it is here, well not quite here but coming soon, on the next delivery from Denmark will be the much coveted ORANGE SUN LOLLY! They will be arriving in the warehouse on Monday 15th June, so get your orders in now to avoid disappointment!

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

We hope that everyone is safe and well and we are very pleased to let you know that we have received word from our suppliers that things are slowly returning to normal in Denmark.

With this in mind we are planning to place the next order in approximately 4 weeks (subject to change) and so will continue to accept and retain all orders on our system, either to fulfil immediately, should we have the stock, or after the next shipment has arrived. Therefore anyone wishing to place an order should do so by Monday 8th June, 2020.

We thank you for your continued patience and understanding at this time, our special thanks to all those loyal customers who have already agreed to keep their order with us your support has meant so much to us, this has helped keep essential services running for Danish Food Direct and ensures that we as a Company can continue to 'weather the storm'. We could not do it without you!

As you will have seen from our website home page, due to the unfolding situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19) we have temporarily suspended all services at Danish Food Direct.

We will retain all current orders on our system and once we are all through to the other side, with all services safe to run we will fulfil these.
