A huge congratulations to our head chef Harrison Brockington for recently being crowned Roux Scholar 2026 after competing in the finals for the on 13th April at the .

We are incredibly proud of him for this achievement and his dedication to both the restaurant and the competition.

We cannot wait to see where this opportunity takes us, and look forward to Harrison bringing further learning and skills to Gather, which we hope to showcase in our future menus.
