Our last week is here in totnes. It’s been a privilege being part of Totnes and the community. A thank you again to everyone that has supported us throughout.

In true circa style we’re running our celeriac inspired menu thu- sat.

From early September, Stage by Taco Boys will become Stage by Circa.

As Felix heads back home to Cornwall, we feel lucky to have been asked to carry Stage forward. It means a lot — we’ve always had a lot of respect for what Felix and the team have built, and we share so much of what’s at the heart of it: British-centric cooking, led by our market garden and built around what’s at its best each season.

We’ll be keeping the low-key tasting menu, built around produce we grow ourselves and bring in direct from like-minded farmers and growers.

We love Stage, and we’re not looking to rip up the script — we’ll be joining forces with the team there to keep the spirit of the place and let it evolve gently over time.

P.S. the bread is staying.
