Very very pi**ed of whit those low life people. So basically someone ordered from just eat, normal Thursday evening, not very busy, no rush no hassle no delay, this customer ordered around 5:30, £33.47 order, cook it delivered straight away 7 o'clock rufund for missing items £7. 70, at 11 o'clock rufund for cold food £4. 78.🤷🤷🤷🤷So half of the food was missing and half of the food was cold, come on, we do make mistakes, but not stupid mistakes like this. Obviously as you can see this customer has already got £25 credit on her account so she did already scammed other people, and she only paid £8. 47 for her order and which is £33.47, and now she complained for half is missing item and half is cold, so she got another £12 back, so basically by having a over £30 worth of Chinese for free and she made £4 profit. Very very clever.
It is not a lots of money, but you should not take advantage of other people's hard work. It is disgusting.

Well, where do I begin? I know that for most families, including my own, as the standard of living gets higher, we all need to be mindful of our budgets. However, that does not justify exploiting the system and stealing the fruits of others' labor.

Take this order, for example: On October 16th, a customer ordered 5 items but claimed 3 were missing, successfully securing a £19 refund from the platform. The catch? This was an order over £30. There's simply no way we would pack only 2 items for such an order.

So, when they placed a second order with us, we made the decision not to fulfill it. This, apparently, is why they left us a 2-star review. Well, thank you for the 'generosity' of not giving us zero stars!

Of course, we make mistakes too, and when we do, we own up to them and correct them promptly. But when something is not our error, please don't expect to take advantage of us.
