Way back in July ’25, Kitchen Sisters was taken over for a day by the lovely Sophie Robinson and her Story Films production company as a backdrop for some scenes in her documentary Love You To Death. The Channel4 documentary explores the local case of Britain’s most famous case of Munchausen By Proxy Syndrome (now know as Factitious Disorder Imposed On Another). It was a very interesting day and it’s great to see the documentary now up on Channel4.

We make an appearance in episode 2 and, brief though it is, it’s still thrilling to see our restaurant on TV!

Look for Love You To Death on the Channel4 website - it’s a fascinating watch.

AS WELL AS OUR USUAL TUESDAY OFF, KITCHEN SISTERS WILL BE CLOSED WEDNESDAY THIS WEEK. OPEN AGAIN 5:30 THURSDAY.

It’s been so busy for the last few months (thank you to everyone who have packed us out every day of the week!) that we need a bit of catch up time. See you again Thursday.

LIKE OUR BURGERS? THANK MASON AND NICO!

We were packed out on Saturday night - I lost count of the number of people we turned away. And, to make it really fun, we were two members of staff down due to prior commitments. No matter, Mason and Nico put in a blinder of a shift. And despite it being manic and the kitchen feeling like an sauna, they still managed to finish the shift with a smile. Mind you, that might have been because of the Sticky Toffee Pudding! Thank you guys!
