BREAKING NEWS … regarding our Dog Show this Sunday.

The Babbacombe Fayre will go ahead as planned on Sunday but the Dog Show in the Fayre has been cancelled due to welfare concerns surrounding the dogs with the continuing hot weather,

We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. The welfare of the dogs has to come first.

🚘 Happy Friday!! We have delivery available at both lunch and dinner today and tomorrow, we’ll be open at 11.30am-2.00pm then 4.30pm-9.00pm.

Don’t forget if you fancy Hanbury’s al fresco then we are able to deliver to you anywhere within a 3 mile radius- simply use our app or website to place an order and let us bring your takeaway to you! We'll deliver to beaches, the harbourside, parks etc We’ll just need a postcode and 2 line address to determine your delivery charge, however, place your specific delivery instructions where to find you in the special request section at the checkout 🚗☀️

South Devon is hosting its first 'Most Wuthering Heights Day Ever'! On Sunday 2nd August, there will be a sea of red dresses and theatrical dance on the shores of our very own Oddicombe Beach.
​Starting at 2pm, fans of all ages and dancing abilities will gather at the beach to channel their inner Kate Bush. Participants will don iconic red gowns and black sashes to recreate the famous, synchronised 1978 Wuthering Heights choreography.
Organised by Most Wuthering Heights Day South Devon, this whimsical event supports a fantastic cause with all ticket proceeds and donations going directly to The Seal Project, a South Devon charity protecting local marine life. The afternoon is instructor led, so no prior experience is needed.
​To complete the day, why not ride with us up and down the cliffside, making it an unforgettable mix of music, coastal scenery, and community spirit. 🚃🚃

Built in 1926, the Babbacombe Cliff Railway has shuttled hundreds of thousands of holiday makers to and from Oddicombe Beach in over 100 years of service.
We're currently open every day from 9.30am (check website and social channels for info about scheduled maintenance closures).
Last car down is at 4.40pm.
