Kate’s just about to venture out the front to water our newly planted flowers, being disabled she’s allowed to use a hosepipe. Lets hope the great folk of Babbacombe & visitors are well educated so understand this is allowable. Also a huge thank you to everyone who has booked, also for you patience as Kate works her way through them, confirmation emails will be with you shortly.

Finally the diary is open for bookings up until the end of February 2027, with the remainder of the year due to be open by the end of next week. For any guests who stayed with us throughout 2026 remember you can book your room at this years rates, when fully paying your booking. Next year will see a small room increase and our full English breakfast price is increasing with immediate effect due to foodstuffs rising exponentially. As always we use the best local produce we can source including local free range eggs and award winning sausages. So let’s keep Kate out of trouble and busy with bookings she’s had far too much time off over the last 9 years since her stroke 💪. Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday during the Fayre on The Downs, we had a super day Ed was kept very busy and Charlie put in a great shift to help his dad out, we’re not sure whether it was the boys or the shade that was the attraction, but we had a super day so thank you so much, we will be ope ing more now on the front so keep your eyes open for our opening times and our new range of Goodies x thanks for your support once again.
