We’re incredibly excited to welcome Carter Coffee into the building!

The Edinburgh-based roastery has been quietly producing some of the most exciting coffees around, and we’re proper chuffed to finally have them on our shelves (and in your cups). This is a big one for us — and we can’t wait for you to taste what they do best.

We’ve got four coffees from Carter to explore, and honestly, they’re all absolutely delicious 🤤 Expect big flavour, plenty of sweetness, and loads to get stuck into over the coming weeks.

🌴🍍🍹 Coming soon on guest espresso from Carter Coffee, we’ve got Choccy Block Tropical and Muki Fruity — two proper flavour-packed coffees that we’re very excited to dial in and share with you. Keep your eyes peeled 👀

🔫 Right now, we’re also pouring Sweet Soaker from as our guest espresso — a 24-hour fermented natural Colombian with big juicy purple jelly baby vibes. Well worth a visit for a cup, and retail bags are available too.

🦢 And from Dark Arts, we’ve also got Swan Song on the shelves — a washed cherry co-ferment that we’re genuinely really excited to work with. Expect this one to land on guest espresso soon too… we can’t wait to see how its tasting. 🍒

🥪 FRESHLY BAKED LOAVES DAILY 🍞

Still here making and baking sourdough loaves every single day.

They're always fresh out of the oven just after we've opened our doors.

£6.

That's what we charge for our sourdough loaves, made with just three ingredients: flour, water and salt.

Meanwhile, plenty of supermarket "artisan" loaves cost £3–£4, are often half the size, and can come with a much longer ingredients list full of improvers and extras.

Our loaves start at 1.2kg before they even go in the oven, are naturally fermented over days, hand-shaped, and baked on stone decks.

So for a couple of pounds more, you're getting twice the loaf, three simple ingredients, and bread made the way it should be.
