We didn't invent double-cooked chips. We just love what they do.

A fluffy centre, a crisp golden exterior, and a little extra effort in every batch.

The first cook gently cooks the potato through, creating a soft, fluffy centre. The second cook creates the crisp, golden outside that makes a great chip.

Ben’s have been double-cooking our chips since 2021. If you've had them before, you'll know exactly why we make them this way🍟
