As we head into the busy holiday period, we'd like to remind all visitors that as always all our café rules apply at all times.
And if anyone is seen breaking any of the house rules or have been told by a staff member you and your whole group will be asked to leave without a refund!
☀️The school holidays are one of our busiest times, so pre-booking is essential.
This is especially important if you're visiting with children, as we can only accommodate a limited number of children in each session.
This is in line with our insurance policy and helps us maintain a safe, calm environment for both our cats and our guests.
🐾 Children must be supervised by their parent or guardian throughout the entire visit and remain your responsibility at all times.
🐾 Paws Cat Café is a calm, unique experience designed with the welfare of our rescue cats as the priority. We are not an indoor playground, and we ask that everyone helps us maintain a peaceful environment for both our cats and all guests.
🐾Please note we are still a very small family run business, with only 2 members of staff and a handful of volunteers!
