🍕 WE’RE HIRING – PART-TIME PIZZA CHEF

The Real Pizza Company is looking for a skilled and reliable Part-Time Pizza Chef to join our team in Tonbridge.

If you’ve got experience making pizzas, enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in getting every order right, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:
🍕 Preparing, stretching and topping pizzas to our recipes and standards
🔥 Baking pizzas and making sure every order is cooked perfectly
🥫 Preparing sauces, toppings and ingredients for service
✅ Keeping quality, portion sizes and presentation consistent
🧼 Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen
📦 Keeping an eye on stock and reporting any shortages
🙌 Working closely with the rest of the team during busy shifts

What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar kitchen role
• Confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and consistency
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
• Availability for evening shifts, particularly at weekends

What you’ll get:
💷 £12.71–£14.00 per hour

👥 Leading and supporting the team throughout your shift
🍕 Making sure every pizza goes out to the right quality and standard
📋 Delegating tasks and keeping the shift organised
😊 Delivering great customer service and handling any issues confidently
🧼 Maintaining high food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards
🚗 Keeping collections and deliveries running smoothly
💷 Supporting with cash handling, stock and end-of-shift checks
🙌 Creating a positive, hard-working team environment

What we’re looking for:
• Previous food service or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, organised and confident under pressure
• A good eye for quality and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Available for evenings and weekends as required

What you’ll be doing:
🚗 Delivering pizzas to our customers
🍕 Supporting the team in-store between deliveries
😊 Providing friendly, helpful customer service
📍 Keeping on top of delivery routes and timings
🤝 Working with the team to keep every shift running smoothly

What we’re looking for:
• A full, clean driving licence
• Previous delivery experience is a bonus
• Friendly and confident with customers
• Reliable, punctual and organised
• Happy working as part of a fast-paced team

What you’ll get:
💷 From £12.71 per hour
💰 Plus tips and a percentage of delivery fees, with potential earnings of £20+ per hour

We’re delighted to share that The Real Pizza Company Tonbridge is now under new ownership and management, bringing fresh energy and investment to the store.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be taking a short pause from trading while we carry out some improvements, train our team to the highest standards and make a few enhancements behind the scenes to ensure we deliver the exceptional experience our customers deserve.
