🍣 Job Vacancy: Sushi Chef – Full-Time (Sushi Daily, Waitrose Tonbridge, TN9 1RG) 🍣

We are looking for a full-time Sushi Chef to join our team at the Sushi Daily kiosk inside Waitrose in Tonbridge (TN9 1RG).

👉 If you already have sushi experience — great!
👉 If not, don’t worry — full training will be provided.
All we ask is that you come with a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and basic English reading and writing skills.

🔪 Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing fresh fish and seafood for sushi
• Making sushi items like Nigiri, Maki, Uramaki, Sashimi, etc.
• Keeping your station clean and organised at all times
• Following hygiene and food safety guidelines
• Managing stock levels and prep duties
• Providing excellent customer service

✅ Requirements:
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Willingness to learn and follow structured training
• Ability to read and write in basic English
• Must be flexible and available to work weekends and public holidays

🕐 Job Type:
• Full-Time (40 hours per week)

💷 Salary:
• Starting at £12.21 per hour
(Approx. £25,428 per year for full-time)
• Negotiable for experienced candidates
