We’re excited to share something we’ve been working on behind the bar… our new cocktail menu, crafted in-house by us for you.

We wanted to celebrate the best of local — from carefully sourced spirits to fresh, seasonal produce. We’ve also taken things a step further by creating our own liqueurs, syrups, and garnishes, all made right here by our team.

Expect bold flavours, creative combinations, and a menu that’s completely unique to us.

Not drinking? No problem — we’re always happy to craft bespoke mocktails on request, with just as much care and creativity.

WOW!! What a Christmas we’ve had here at The Stile Bridge 🎄

We want to sent a huge thank you to each and every one of you that booked a christmas party, table or visited us for drinks through the festive period. We really appreciate your support ❤️

Also- a massive thank you to all our suppliers that have worked immensely hard to keep us stocked up and all our guests fed and watered. You are all superstars!

Especially - a big thank you to everyone that chose to spend Christmas Day with us! We had such a lovely time and hope you all did too.

And a massive thank you to all our wonderful staff (and family that stepped in to help) that have worked super hard all throughout December - we couldn’t do any of it without you! We are shut Boxing Day to give the team a break, but are back open for the weekend!

We’re looking forward to everything that 2026 will bring…
