We have a loft space above the Weekender Coffee Lounge on Halifax Road, Todmorden.

We are looking to transform this space into a luxurious wellness and creative space.

Its suitable for

- Meditation, Sound baths, Yoga

- Counselling and Therapy Space

- Create Workshops etc....

We are very pleased to announce that we are opening up the coffee lounge on FRIDAY'S

SO THIS FRIDAY IS OUR FIRST ONE

17th of July 10 til 4pm (last orders 3.30pm)

It's a restricted menu as only one of us is able to attend due to other commitments

Taking the windows out part 2!

3 top windows removed, heat reflective film applied, windows back in ..

We were inspired to complete the work because today the difference between the heat of the plain v the heat reflective glass was nothing short of remarkable...

Next stage of the plan is to install a "turbo" extractor fan in the kitchen area which doubles the existing extraction rate.

So we have installed solar heat reflective window film to our windows! It reduces heat entering via the glass by 50% but...

So we have installed solar heat reflective window film to our windows!

It reduces heat entering via the glass by 50% but with virtually no loss of view through the glass..

But we had to install it on the exterior of the double glazed units ...

Which meant we removed the glass panels from the inside, applied the film and then replaced the double glazed units back into the frames!

Took ages, 3 big panes are done, 3 smaller panes to do on another day...

Its slightly cooler on Saturday anyway so fingers crossed the heat reflection works and we have a 'relatively cool coffee lounge' for you to enjoy!!
