🌊 CHEF DE PARTIE – JOIN OUR TEAM ON THE ISLE OF MULL 🍕🇮🇹
The Gallery Bar & Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in the colourful harbour town of Tobermory, Isle of Mull.
Working alongside an experienced brigade, you'll help deliver our Mediterranean and Italian-inspired menu, including fresh pasta, seasonal seafood, grills and our popular Neapolitan pizzas. Pizza experience is preferred but not essential – full training can be provided for the right chef with a positive attitude and solid all-round cooking skills.
What we offer:
🍽 £15.00 per hour
⏰ 45–50 hours per week
📅 2 days off each week (with additional hours available if desired)
💰 Excellent service charge & tips (typically adding around £5 per hour on top of your wage)
🏡 Beautiful double room with stunning sea views
💷 Accommodation £450 per month – all bills included
🍕 Lunch and dinner provided on working days
📍 Seasonal until November, with opportunities to continue over the winter for the right candidate.
