🎄 Christmas – watch this space! 🎄

We know it’s only September, but behind the scenes we’re already beavering away! We’re giving the pub a little TLC, planning some menu tweaks, getting ready for our 4th birthday celebrations, and, of course, working on our Christmas menu. 🎅✨

But Christmas isn’t all we have planned! Between now and December, we’ll still be hosting our Open Mic nights, Coffee Mornings, Memory Café and plenty of other events and initiatives for our wonderful community. ❤️

As for Christmas Eve bookings… 🎄
These won’t open until November, so please bear with us! We’ll share all the details as soon as bookings are ready to go.

Join us every second Thursday of the month, 10:30 – 11:45 am for a calm and friendly space for people with dementia and their carers.
Enjoy free coffee, cake, and activities in our welcoming community pub. Our first cafe is on Thursday 8th October

A little Monday update…

We’re turning Mondays into Takeaway Night at the Rising Sun! Our lunchtime service will run as normal, but in the evenings the kitchen will be closed while we give our fantastic team a well‑earned rest and recruit a second chef to join them.

If you fancy a Monday night at the pub, you can order your takeaway to the pub or bring along your favourite one — and we’ll happily provide plates and cutlery so you can enjoy it with a pub‑bought drink. 🍻

Your support while we strengthen the kitchen team means a lot to us. ❤️ We are looking forward to getting our Mondays back to normal just as soon as we can.
