David, myself faith, Teresa, Ellie and Eddie would all like to thank you for supporting us over our 3 months of ownership.
Today is a very sad day for us to close the doors on this wonderful community cafe.

David and myself have been looking into other cafes but they are out of our price range.

We feel for the residents of newington court losing their cafe.

Many tears have been had today.

Again thank you so so much.

Thank you for all your support and kind words over the last month.
Supporting us with the petition.
We have all tried to save the cafe from being shut down at the end of the month.
Im afraid it has fallen on deaf ears.
David myself faith and all the staff are very sad.

This was our families dream. To cook and support the community. Our plan was to run this cafe for as many years as possible.

Please keep coming in until the end of the month.

OPTIVO HOUSING ARE SHUTTING DOWN COURTYARD CAFE IN TICEHURST ON 31st AUGUST.

Not only is this Cafe a communal hub for the elderly residents, as well as elderly and local villagers, to meet and enjoy interaction with each other, in a friendly social environment. Not to mention a good quality inexpensive snack or meal.

Please support this small business preventing yet another closure, which directly affects the residents as well as the whole rural community.
