Our play area, will be closed from 7th–12th October while we make some exciting changes behind the scenes.

And if you’ve been following along, you probably know what that means... 🤭

The café will remain open as normal throughout, so you can still pop in for your coffee, breakfast, lunch, sweet treats and catch-ups ☕🤍

We’ll be reopening the play area on 13th October, and to celebrate, we’ll be giving Haven a little relaunch. We can’t wait to welcome you back and show you what we’ve been working on.

Thank you for your patience and support, we’re so excited for you to see it! ✨

🎉 OUR BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES ARE HERE! 🎉

As a mum, I know just how expensive children’s birthday parties can be, and we wanted to create something that makes celebrating your little one a little more affordable without taking away from the fun. ❤️

After lots of planning (and a lot of number crunching 😂), we’ve come up with three different options to suit different budgets and celebrations:

✨ Haven Party — £179
✨ Haven Party Plus — £289
✨ Haven On Tour — £95

Our Haven Party and Haven Party Plus packages are available to book now! 🎂

🚚 Haven On Tour will be launching from approximately mid-November, bringing the Haven soft play experience to your home.

All the details of what’s included in each package can be found in the post above. 👆

We’d love to help make your little one’s birthday special, without the huge price tag. 🥹🎈

✨ IMPORTANT PLAY SESSION UPDATE ✨

We’re making a few changes to our play session times and prices, and these will officially come into effect from Monday 28th September! 💕

Our website and booking page have now been updated, so you can already see the new prices and new session times when booking.

📅 From Monday 28th September:
🕤 9:30am–11:30am
🕧 12:30pm–2:30pm
🕞 3:30pm–5:30pm — Wednesdays & Fridays only

💷 Our new updated prices will also apply from this date.

🎟️ IMPORTANT: EVERYONE ATTENDING MUST HAVE A TICKET

Every person attending Haven must be included on the booking and have the correct ticket, this includes adults, babies, additional children and siblings.

Please make sure you book a ticket for every person attending, even if the ticket is £0 (for example, our free under-6-month baby ticket).

Anyone attending without a ticket may not be able to enter, as we need to keep our numbers accurate for capacity, safety and bookings.

IMPORTANT FOR BOOKINGS:
You can currently book dates beyond 28th September, but please make sure you select the correct session time and price when booking. The old sessions and prices will remain visible temporarily during the transition and will be removed after this week.

If you’re booking for 28th September onwards, please make sure you choose the new sessions and prices. 💗

Thank you so much for your understanding while we make these changes, we’re really excited for this new chapter at Haven! 🥰
